I've de-spammed the MeFi wiki maybe 7 or 8 times (It's pages would be boned every time I followed a link to it), and just gave up on fixing it after that. The locking is a good temporary step.

Why isn't the wiki members only? Either make it so you have to have a log-in, or even better, make it so you have to have a MeFi log-in and synch that up with the Db.

A lot of people asked to make the wiki password only and that I should put the password on the front page. Well, I've done that - that's the reason why that page is read-only. The spam currently on the wiki comes from before I made that change, and there hasn't been any since.
