Me, me, me. Just got back from vacation --glad that this is going forward! (So, don't be shocked at how "tan" I am. Which means freckly, with blotchy peeling sunburn dotted with mosquito bites.)

If you mean "still warm to the touch due to uneven scorching of skin," then yes.
