Bug: comment links send me back to the top

when i try to jump to someone's specific comment in a MeTa thread, it sends me to the top of the page. [example inside]

Are you opening new windows? I've notice anchoring tends to not work sometimes in that case.

It is still broken for me. IE 5.5 on Win2k. I open in new windows and immediately flip back to the page I opened it from. It used to be that when I got around to flipping back to the freshly opened window, it would be at the new comments. Now it's just at the top.
