Which do you 'believe' is better? February 26, 2007 9:28 AM   Subscribe

Baltimore area meetup at The Brewer's Art...St Patrick's Day (a Saturday) or April 1 (a Sunday)? Or suggest another day that works for you.

The first post had more of us saying they couldn't attend St Patty's, a few saying either day. The Brewer's Art can do St Patty's with a reservation. So far the place is pretty open to reservations. I'll go with either date, myself.

Crap. St. Patty's Day is very nearly a definite no for me since it's the first weekend of Spring Break and April 1 is an unknown.

I can't do st. patty's day. Any other date between st. patty's and the 1st is good for me.

How about the Friday or Saturday before the 1st? Sundays are just bad for me until this show wraps.

The weekend of 4/1 is not good for me, but anytime between 3/19 and 3/28 is OK.

Looks like St Patrick's Day is a non-starter. OK. And April Fools' isn't going to work for a few.. So, some alternates on Fridays or Saturdays except where as noted):
  • March 9: Panic Day
  • March 16: Everything You Do Is Right Day
  • March 22: National Goof-Off Day, which is a Thursday
  • March 23: Near Miss Day, concurrent with National Chip and Dip Day
  • March 30: I am In Control Day, concurrent with National Doctor's Day
  • March 31: Bunsen Burner Day, concurrent with National Clam on the Half-Shell Day
    ...not that there has to be something celebrated aside from MeFites getting together...

    The 22nd is sketchy for me, the 23rd is less so, the 31st is fine.
