In Projects -- The popular links for "March" include projects from March '06.

Well, the reason I asked was I was looking at popular links and the top of the page had a bunch of projects with dozens of votes, but they were all from LAST march. It seems like nothing on the front page now has more than a few votes.

I e-mailed mathowie about this on March 2. I also demanded he change the background color to more of a chartreuse tone.
