What ever happened to that lawsuit surrounding the erroneous comma that was supposedly going to cost Rogers millions?

Since bring it back to life sort of killed the deletion reason:

About the time the thread was posted, the linked site went all Connection Refused. Took it down with a reason along the lines of "let's see if the site comes back". It did.

Thanks for this.

Probably the servers are not able to withstand the high amounts of traffic generated by the Savage Lover referral, so posting the link on Metafilter probably won't help things much.

So perhaps the sex survey post should rest in peace rather than coming back as a zombie.

But I see it's back up, so if Blue Meifites are happy...
