Right around the corner from good old Aurora Village! Sounds like do-able fun.

I can probably make it. I should request off the day, but they usually have me working later anyway.

philomathoholic -- I think it was last spring, involved boating, and was sparsely attended. Oh, wait, there was this one, too.

Damn, we have a wedding to go to that afternoon. I'll put it on my calendar though and see how we feel.
(Wallingford here -- it's high time for a Seattle-ish meetup!)

Well, an old friend of mine manages the Eastlake Zoo--I'm thinking of trying to organize a meetup there. Of course, it's a tavern still and not serving hard liquor. And it's a dive bar more than a fern bar. But it has beau coup pool tables, a Simpsons pinball machine and atmosphere galore. There's a balcony in the back there of three or four booths and tables we could commandeer for a base camp.

Well, excellent! Except for the people who can't come... which just means we'll need to do the Eastlake Zoo one, as well. I'm declaring 1 pm to be lunchtime. See you then!

Well my schedule is out, and I start work at 1, 2 hours away, so I won't be there.
Here's hoping it won't be as sparsely attended as that previously linked time.
