Cycling Streak Competition 2008 June 20, 2008 4:16 PM   Subscribe

There are 73 days left in the Cycling Streak Challenge. It might look like ~35 days is a commanding lead, but any streak falls apart in just 24 hours, and with the adjusted rules - thanks to hanagashore's great generosity and competitive spirit - just about 2/3rds of the competition period is ahead of us. So let's go Mefites, fix up your bike, and take your shot at a Garmin Edge 705 (desc).

Note that the competition does not involve streaking. In the classical sense. Which is a good thing. For some of us.

Get on your bikes and riiiiiiiide!

but I guess I've gotta ride at least a little bit to keep the streak alive...

10 km - not even a half hour. Take it easy, but keep streaking.

Whoa only 10km? I might have to get in this game.

Exactly, mister_a...the hard part is getting going when it's raining, or a hundred ten in the shade, or when it's such a perfect day you would rather lay around in the hammock and drink raspberry hefeweisens all day....

Riding *every*day* has opened my eyes, and pared off a *lot* of weight.
