Orlando meetup mid-October?

Any MeFites going to Create Chaos in Orlando, 13-17 October?

Mr. Hawkinstein and I will be in Orlando for the mega conference and I'd love to grab a drink somewhere with some nifty folk.

No, but I must say -- Orlando is due for a meetup! By my failing recollection, I don't think we've ever had one around these parts, and gosh darns it there's at least a decent sized population of MeFi's in the Central Florida area.

I hope you two have fun at the conference! It's really wild to me, an original Create type subscriber, to see them grow this thing into a whole conference shabangathingamajolie.

So what say yee, folks? Maybe we get a drink on or a geek on somewhere??

We're staying with a friend near Lake Eola, and the event is down by the Mouse. Anywhere downtown would probably be great.

A decade ago, I knew all the great places to go, but I'm guessing they're all gone. Except the awesome Vietnamese/Pho place on Colonial.
