Anyone know what's the best way to present one's information to a 5-minute-visit nhs doctor to initiate evaluation for ADD?

I hope this doesn't sound weird, but as someone with ADD, y'know what's awesome to me? That you remembered to follow up on this post. Seriously, it's little things like that that show you're making progress.

Good on ya.

I just think it's awesome when people follow up on their questions, generally, especially when they call it out on Metatalk. Yay!

Worst. MeTa topic. Ever.

(That said, if this Adderall doesn't work out, I might try Focalin next.)
