Balticon 43 GoH: cstross!

MetaFilter's own cstross is to be fêted as Guest of Honor at Balticon 43, May 22-25 in Baltimore, Maryland. Anybody else have plans to attend?

Used to live near Baltimore, have attended previous Balticons, greatly enjoy cstross's work (just got my girlfriend started on The Atrocity Archives)... congrats, wish I could be there!

Thanks, I hadn't realized Atrocity Archives has a sequel out, I'm going to track it down. I wish I were in Baltimore, if only to go to Vaccaro's Italian Bakery.

There's a sequel? I had no idea! I was about to make a joke about how Stross better get to work on AA2, but I didn't because I thought he might read this and shame me.

So it's still good that I didn't make such a joke; the potential for shaming is still quite high.

cstross advised me to try installing bsd rather than au/x on my Mac IIci, back when he was just another mac/u*ix nerd on demon.local.
