Pony Request: Pagination for the "Recent Comments" tab.
While I love "Recent Activity", I often rely on the "Recent Comments" tab to track threads that have had recent comments. In general, I check the site frequently enough that this page shows me every thread with new activity, but sometimes, after a multi-day lapse (perish the thought!) more than 20 threads will have activity, but because there is no pagination, I can't see beyond the 20th most recently commented-in thread.
So: Would it be possible to have a pagination link at the bottom of these? In other words, Page one currently shows me posts the 20 posts with the most recent comments. Could I have a link to see page two showing 21-40, page three 41-60, etc etc?
In taters we trust.

I was confused too, but I believe mondaygreens is referencing a Seinfeld episode.

Apparently, immigrants don't have ponies:
JERRY: I didn't know she had a pony. How was I to know she had a pony? Who figures an immigrant's going to have a pony? Do you know what the odds are on that? I mean, in all the pictures I saw of immigrants on boats coming into New York harbor, I never saw one of them sitting on a pony. Why would anybody come here if they had a pony? Who leaves a country packed with ponies to come to a non-pony country? It doesn't make sense.. am I wrong?

Ah-- Seinfeld happened during a TV blackout in my life. Love it now & again in reruns, but am lost with the cultural markers.

You know a pop culture reference is obscure when it confuses us.
Project idea: begin alluding to completely fabricated memes in MeTa comments.
Hey, Phineas, are you going to eat that pony?

Sorry - I don't know why I think that every American show I love is as widely known or commonly referenced as the Simpsons.
(But also, I thought, if this leads to some kind of argument or people getting upset at me - for making no sense - it would be totally in keeping with the spirit of the source.)

Not upset at you at all, for what it's worth, but I have to say: I am an avid Seinfeld watcher/referencer. It, along with Simpsons and Arrested Development, makes up about 90% of my apropos of nothing references. But that, sir or madam, was far, far too obtuse for me to pick up on.
Still, it, along with the original request, seems to have brought 3/4s of the non-astral non-midnight mod squad in for investigation, so I view it as a net positive.
Hey, Phineas, are you going to eat that pony?
Phineas will you please eat my pony?
He's marinating in the shed
His organ meats are tasty and tender
You should start with his lung!

Yeah, I know the Seinfeld bit well (Jerry's doomed, triumphant "I hate anyone who had a pony!" at the dinner table, etc) but likewise just didn't get it out of the original reference. I can put the pieces together now that I know that's what's up, though, so okay!

Hate to double down on my pony, but could you bring it to MeTa as well?
