A call for all the striped-pant cookie pushers

I know there are more than a handful of U.S. Foreign Service types here on Metafilter. It would be great to know who's out there, maybe with an eye towards arranging a meet-up near FSI if and when a critical mass is back in D.C. for training.

Oh sure, you think it's a good idea now, but just wait until we start seeing similar threads popping up for the Secret Service, CIA, KGB, and Interpol.

Probably also a good opportunity to remind Cabal members that our annual camp-out with small arms and infiltration training and bara brith bake-off is scheduled as a fringe event at this year's Invisible Solstice Ritual at Newgrange. Bring your wellies as it can get quite boggy in County Meath mid-winter.
