Don't Sleep, There Are Snakes

Somehow I heard about a book by Daniel Everett, Don't Sleep, There Are Snakes. It's something I would expect to have learned of from a post on MeFi, but search returns no hits. So I investigate, and it turns out our local library has some sort of e-viewer that gives full text. 12 hours later, I'm 200 pages into a great (and AFAIK true) story about a would-be bible-thumper who lets science get the better of him.

This is a book I think MeFites would like, but I don't have the time or skill to craft a post about it...what do I do?

Hey, sorry, but we don't use Metatalk as a post-request system. You can post about it whenever you do have time if that happens, or perhaps it will bubble up, but that's about it. Closing...
