Can't find post about suspended high schools student

Need help finding post about high schools student suspended/expelled? for writing (nasty) reviews about other students

I recall seeing something a year or two back about a high school student who "reviewed" the other 300 students in his school, resulting in disciplinary action by the school and issues with colleges he was accepted into. Trying to refer the article to someone else, searching MeFi so far hasn't yielded any results.

Here ya' go: Joshua Peter Tubbs is a self-proclaimed "kool" kid - class (co)president, Mr. Timberlane, a national honors student - who decided that for NaNoWriMo he would write an honest review of all 349 students in his senior class.
