OLED Nintendo Switch Metafilter Post or did I dream it?

I've looked extensively and cannot find a metafilter thread about the announcement of the Nintendo Switch OLED model.

Was there one or did I just misremember one?

I know there was an extensive thread about the SteamDeck and also the Switch Lite when they were announced.

I follow Nintendo news pretty closely and don't think anyone ever made a thread about this (somewhat disappointing) update.

I would be mildly interested in a roundup of why this is good/bad/a weird development in context/indicative of strong market forces making screens expensive/a problem with Nintendo particularly/governed by battery size. I don't know that the announcement alone is MeFi-worthy but everything has a backstory.

Yeah, a general Nintendo Switch round-up would be interesting. I keep wanting to buy one for form-factor, but -mostly- everything I'd play is also on Steam and I've been burned by lack of back-compatibility by Nintendo enough times to not want to dip in. Still would enjoy reading that, though. :)

I feel like there must be a lot of interesting pandemic-Nintendo articles to read, too. I know Animal Crossing got a HUGE boost last year, and I wonder what those people are playing now.

Can we add Ring Fit Adventure and Mario Kart: Home Circuit and the Switch Lite to the list of hypothetically-interesting-Switch-pandemic-Nintendo-adjacent topics? I've been trying to talk myself into buying a Switch, but haven't quite sealed the deal.
