Nay, Pacific Time. This would put it as:
Sun: Cancer
Moon: Leo
Rising: Sagittarius.

Excerpt from the random website I used: "Sagittarius rising people have opinions about everything." Also implies MeFi is part of Guess Culture and Loves Entertaining. There's a lot of words though and like any good cold-read I'm sure it contradicts itself if I read the whole thing.

It shows as 6:03PM on my screen because I'm on EDT. Y'all should know the site adjusts times to match your local time zone, if you set it in your user profile.
