I am in the middle of a messy host-changing and some domains have gone dark for various reasons. Should be back on-line soon and I am hoping to finally update the list before long as well.

(Carl is a very nice man who changed my username at Plastic, years old, to something more in line with my Magnificent Poultritude. I have repaid his kindness by refraining from commenting at Plastic more than once.

Somehow the idea of being rated scares me. Performance anxiety, I guess.)
