Who is your MetaNeighhbor? Of mine, one is alive, one is not.

My first thought was that this couldn't possibly be interesting since it's so arbitrary. But I notice that mine are both people who seem to have joined to express a single idea: a camgirl and some guy who has strong feelings about the pledge of allegiance.

What if you are a Ghost? I guess it's appropriate, considering the graveyard I'm in. Go five houses down on either side, and you'll find 3 dead, 3 dead silent, 2 missing for about a year, and 2 that barely speak (but oddly enough both within the last two weeks...). I'm beginning to take this personally.

Interesting implications for relative percentages of active to inactive hereabouts.

Mine: Gyan and fizban. We are all members of the class of 040204, so I hesitate to call fizby dead.

lobakgo: visit your user page and note the url, it should end with a number. now just edit that number in your browser address bar, and see who lives at the next highest and lowest.

* sigh * Like stavros, I'm also sure this has been done before, but it gives me one more opportunity to point out that none of the seven people who signed up just before me on March 15, 2002 apparently ever did anything but the 5K contest.

Which makes me the first official 14k MeFite. I should be collecting royalties for that, or something.

Ah, amber thanks for noticing that I'm still alive. After a move from Ohio to Michigan, 4 months in Mexico, a couple weeks in Korea, my company installing some internet filter that lists metafilter as a blocked porn site (and "we are logging this attempt to access"), Comcast having crap tv service but no broadband (maybe late May) I called a dial up place to day and noting 513 links and 12000+ comments since my last visit, yes I am alive. although my other neighbor tittergrrl is much more lively.
