Weird little floating talking ball and a dreary life May 15, 2004 11:17 AM Subscribe
I'm looking for a series of flash movies linked on Mefi dealing with a guy talking about dreary life, and his weird little floating and talking ball. It's probably nothing like what I've described, but can anybody point me in the right direction anyway?
Oh, oh, I know this one. Marquis posted it a while back, but the thread he posted it to is 404. The MeTa thread about it still exists. I think the series of flash animations was called "Strindberg and Helium" -- you might try googling that.

These are not the flash movies you are looking for. Move along.

My vote's for Strindberg and Helium as well. Helium's great. What a gas!

an invalid CFML (cold fusion markup language) construct is a far cry from 404, file not found.

strindberg and helium it is! Thank you very much, guys. The reason why I needed to find it was because, absolutely out of nowhere and who knows how many months after seeing these flash movies, I had little Helium's voice and antics running through my head on a permanent loop. Perhaps I can now get some sleep at night instead of hearing Helium and dire pronouncements of death and decay. . .

Are you talking about those Zoloft ads? With the little unhappy ball thingie?
Hmm, sounds more like those jumpy little XoloX, not Zoloft.

Though the comments might be missing, the post in question can be seen here. Second from the top.
