I have operated on the assumption that that is a plan. Am I right?

I have operated on the assumption that that was a trial balloon that fell back to earth for lack of interest. If it's on, I'm there, but I'd like to hear from more attendees.

From random outbursts in #mefi, I get the distinct impression that there is a #mefi-centric meeting tomorrow night at DBA, AND something more general going somewhere in NYC on on the 7th of August. For what it's worth =)

Stynxno, you don't get to go to the NYC meetups until you've lived in the city for at least a year...check the rule book.

Did I say that? Well, shucks.

I just kind of figured that if the interest were still there, say, a week from now, that we'd pick it back up and run with it. Sounds like it's gonna happen.

Of course August 7th at Boho could still work, and I'll be there -- uh, tonight, if I can reschedule something. (The DNC will just have to understand, but hey, it moves one of those twerpy Kerry kids up into prime time, so they'll be okay.)
