Looks like great fun, we have to do even better in London next time :) And I love the eyes as well :)

Great beer, great company, and drawing too! We were small in numbers, but made up for it in enthusiasm. And the conversation topics were as plentiful and erratic as a typical day in MeFi. Thanks for bringing the camera Kev.

Dear Chicago Mefi,

Looks like it was a great meet-up. Wonderful drawings and photos, fun like a Saturday In The Park. You're the Inspiration. Colour My World. Make Me Smile. I wish it was Just You 'N' Me.

I thought there would be twenty five or six people there, but it looks like there were only four.

However, I do feel oddly compelled by the power of the muttonchop.

I thought the beer menu was part of kenko's t-shirt for the first half of the photos.

Thanks Kenko, Slack-a-gogo and Mrs Pants. It was a blast watching Mrs Pants whip out her little masterpieces and getting to meet you all. My only regret is that I look sooooo creepy in some of those pics. Need to work on that smirk.

Chicago definately elevates the shoutout to an art form.

(Thanks, kenko!)

I am so honored by the shoutout. I hope mrs. pants can draw the model for my next tattoo.

Apparently, Chicago is one of the last places you can still smoke indoors.

I think we left everything on the table when we left...

I sure hope so. I know I didn't grab any of them before I left. Mrs Pants, I'm almost positive, did.

You may not have gotten a shoutout, but you were mentioned in the "initially incorrect guessing of a MeFite's gender based on their username" discussion. That has to count for something.

And now that I think about it, you did get a shoutout.

mrs.pants, you & your artwork are both great - I like your style! Looks like it was a fun night, nice group of people ... and thanks for the shout-out, Slack-a-gogo ... but I must say that I am rather crestfallen that you didn't wear one of those wicked cool western shirts again, KevinSkomsvold. I will have to pass the cool shirt baton to kenko this time.

Way to represent the bag hags with panache, mrs. pants. And all of you look like a hell of a lot of fun to have a drink with!

It looks like we left them there. FWIW Matt, I uploaded the pic in it's original size so it's pretty high quality. Feel free to snag it if you want.
