How sweet would it be if you could customize the feed to only give you specific tags?
Pretty sweet indeed.

Here looks like as a good a place as any to ask: why doesn't Meta have a feed? Or, if it does, where is it?

mmahaffie that's for Metafilter not Metatalk. Only Mefi and AskMefi have feeds.

Well. Hell. I thought that question looked too noobie to be true. I shoulda read more carefully.

Does anyone know what to do after you hit 'export' in bloglines to import to this google reader?

I don't use bloglines, but after the export, one .opml file should have been generated (the Reader imports in the opml format - I don't know if bloglines export in this format but it probably does). Then you hit "Add feed" in the reader and "import subscriptions" to get to the opml file upload form. If you have a reasonable number of feeds it may take a while to import then all.

I just noticed that there's more than 10x as many people subscribed in bloglines to MeFi as there are to AskMeFi. 800 -vs- 9000 or thereabouts. Imagine the scroll rate of the green if they all migrated.
