Meetup: Minneapolis, 9:30 Tonight

Late entry here also. Minneapolis/ St. Paul: Johnny Holm Band at Primetime Sports Bar up in Burnsville 9:30 tonight

Next weekend: Johnny Holm at Bogarts in Apple Valley November 5th. I will be at both if all goes well. More info at www.johnnyholm.com

Drop by if you can. These shows are really fun. Johnny is quite entertaining and the band does all kinds of covers but mostly Country/Oldies with a little mainstram/rap thrown in.

You know I can think of plenty of great places to have a local meetup which do not involve a trek to the suburbs to hear your favorite band.

I'm well aware of Johnny Holm: saw him play once and, yeah, one set was more than enough for me. Regardless of my musical taste, your post seems more like a homebrew viral ad than a meetup. Make the post about the meetup, not about the Johnny Holm Band. Then we'll talk.

I didnt even have to click the link dersins, to know who youy were refrencing. You dont have to show up, nobody is shoving a pitchfork up your rear and ordering you to march. All these meetups are just suggested "outings." Another date just added: Johnny at December 17th at the Medina Ballroom. Hey if you rather do something else closer to the cities, I will show up anywhere that allows 20 year olds in the door.
