Thanks!
Here's the only photos I can seem to find of beth and rupa (peeking from the very back right). The photographers concentrated on family to the extreme, and very much neglected friends (few as they were).

Oh, and actually all the music was done by a wonderful fiddler / guitarist Irish-Celtic duo. We highly recommend them.

#39 in the slideshow is one of the best photos I've ever seen. I got all blubbery.
I don't even know you people and I highly freakin' approve.

Congratulations—great pictures, and dmd, you are one lucky guy! But you knew that.
One of the pictures seems to depict some bizarre rite in which the two of you attempt to rip a small furry creature in two, but I never criticize people's religious rituals...

beth, you were in PA and you didn't let me know?????
I didn't remember that you were in PA... *ducks*.
Seriously, my memory is horrible lately. I think it's my meds. I was unsure of my own address and phone number recently, and forgot how to spell the word "really" one day... Ugh.
And crash, that wasn't a facial, that was a 12-foot USB cable. I can see how you got confused, the two are so similar. :)
I'm really glad I was able to pull my shit together to make the wedding, as it was really wonderful and I had a great time. I'd never seen a self-uniting ceremony before, and likely will never see one again. I really liked their vows and the fact that the guest list was small - it made it more intimate.
I have to say that the food was quite amazingly good. Very yummy.
At the hors d'oeuvres, the 20-lb block of cheese with only a butter knife to cut it seemed daunting at first, but a few of us cheese fiends managed to successfully cleave some off, and our efforts were lusciously rewarded.

Ok rereading what I wrote I see I used the word "really" way too much. Ugh. I guess once I remembered how to spell it I got excited about using it or something....
And yes, I forgot to mention the music, which was wonderful. And the venue. And the weather. Just great all around....
A++++ WOULD ATTEND AGAIN.

It was a pleasure saying naughty things about your wife and sister in IRC, dmd. Congrats, l'chaim, and don't forget to pick up the drycleaning.

I'm getting married in six-and-a-half hours and all I can think to do is read metatalk. I can only hope that a marriage between a 16k'er and a five-dollar newbie can work out.
Congrats to both of you.

We're marrying each other. You'll be pleased to know that our invitations included due date slips.
Thanks for the congrats and, if you'll excuse me, I'll be going back to losing my mind now.
