yeah, that live forever one is pretty much the same pissing in the wind as the others. I probably should have deleted it instead of participating. Since the person framed it somewhat with more info, it seemed like it at least had a small bit of purpose in asking.

The paralyzed would you kill yourself thread was just silly though.

Everyone has a "small bit of purpose" in asking every question, even the lousy ones. Unless he was having trouble choosing whether to accept immortality, though, it's hard to see any difference between the immortality and paralysis/suicide threads. They're even flip sides of the same issue.
