Did you email orthogonality? He is working on a solution to another MeFi tech issue and maybe could add this one to his list.

my cock no longer functions properly! I have a painful rectal itch! A fish lives in my pants and I have no idea how it got there!

It's just a way for Matt to make $5 off you.

I'll fix it on sunday, and if all goes well, get MeFi Projects up and running as well. That's my goal for tomorrow and I've set aside the entire afternoon for it.

people can email me (and, i guess, almost anyone else) with anon questions and i'll post them for them if i feel like it (ie i promise not to reveal identities, but may not post the question - i don't mind embarassing stuff, but am not going to help you screw your community, for example).

One of the things I thought would be really helpful for anon questions is the ability of the original poster to be able to respond to comments posted in the thread after the question was posed.

Would it be possible to have some scheme where you log in to your account to post and could have a "Make me anonymous" button where, for that entire thread, you are anonymous? Or at least hiding your info for the group to see? (but is still avail for any admin type people who need to see it for whatever reason)

Just a thought.
