Is it me or did Mefi just go down (Oct 2001)?

Is it me or did Mefi just go down -- is it related to that wierd multiple posting on the front page?

It was gone for me, for at least a few minutes. I saw the 12x post about PBS, then started getting 404s when I clicked on any comments links.

Then, I got a weird blank screen, which had a one-line note that said "There is no site configured at that address".

Freaky.

I had to stop the server just to access it myself and fix the multiple post. The traffic as of late is getting to be too much.

I got the "There is no site configured at this address" too.. that was weird. But it works now, so no complaints. ;)
