I did NOT flag that as fantastic. March 29, 2006 4:10 AM   Subscribe

The Fantastic AskMe posts page appears to claim that I flagged this now deceased thread as a fantastic post. I'm pretty sure I didn't, and flagged it for some other reason so that it could be deleted.

Is anyone else on the list thinking that they didn't flag that one as fantastic?

I've been noticing an awful lot of comments marked fantastic lately, I was wondering if maybe something was up.

weird!

It's funny, because I was reading the Googlebot thread at the same time and half-wondered if the questioner had added in some surreptious code to autoflag anyone that tried to flag that post. Or something.

Whoa- I don't think I flagged that post as Fantastic, either.

Puke and Cry seems to have flagged it 3 times...

I know that I flagged it as "breaks the guidelines" (or noise?). Definitely not "fantastic post".

I don't recall flagging the Monty Hall one.

I'm on the list, too. I'm pretty sure I flagged it as noise but it has me down for fantastic. How very odd.

I just flagged it as "Breaks the guidelines" and lo, there I am on the fantastic page. Hmmm.

Yea, I flagged it as "Breaks the Guidelines", too.

brownpau and blag, in the flag queue I see your flags as "breaks the guidelines" so this must be some sort of problem with that page and not the flagging feature.

The implication being, of course, that flagging in general is fantastic.

yep - I certainly did not flag that crap as fantastic.

Yeah, same here, I hit "Breaks guidelines" or "noise" or something. Although it was fantastic in it's own way, I didn't flag it as such.

I just now tried flagging it as "breaks the guidelines" (flagging still works for deleted threads!) and am now listed there as well.

yeah, lemme fix that.

flagged as bronken.

Well, it's mostly fixed now. Everything except one thread is showing correct votes and counts, but I have no idea why one is showing a bunch of names that didn't vote on a link.

yeah I flagged it but not as fantastic.
