How to get a quick dose of Metafilter Music March 6, 2007 5:15 AM   Subscribe

What's the best way to listen to all the songs currently on the front page of music.metafilter.com as a continuous playlist? Any suggestions? Is there something I'm missing? If there really is no way to do this currently, could I suggest some dynamically generated playlist page, that operates like existing playlists, but takes you through, say, the last 50 tracks.

That sounds like a great idea alright, perhaps throw the player with the 'recently added tracks' playlist up the top of the front page.

This would be awesome. Sometimes it's overwhelming when I haven't checked in a while and it'd be nice to have a way to aurally skim.

I added a player on the front page, lower right column. It just grabs the podcast RSS feed for the front page, and puts it into the big music player.

Hey, while we are on it, never heard your thoughts on this, Matt, do you think that is at all possible or am I barking at the wrong tree?

I guess I could make lyrics an optional thing on posting, yeah.
