A few days ago, I had posted something on AskMe, and had got some wonderful replies from my fellow Mefites. I wanted to acknowledge them here, along with the community as a whole (for doing the great work that it does), and say how glad I am to be a pat of it.:) Thank you MeFi!

Hey, the site's been down for days, hadjiboy. Now it's back, and you want to praise people? I guess that's okay, but shouldn't you take your responsibility as a MetaFilter citizen more seriously, and use some snark in here?

You want to know something funny? I never knew until just this very moment that F5 is Refresh. I always thought that, when people talked about hitting F5, they were just making some nerdy joke that I wouldn't understand anyway.

hadjiboy, well I'll thank you right back. You've really added some interesting insights on here. I really love that Mefites are citizens of the world... we have a lot of things in common with eachother, but also hold a lot of unique perspectives and cultural insights to share with eachother & learn from. I really do dig that.
