I can't access mefi from home November 21, 2001 9:36 PM Subscribe
I've been having a strange problem when I try to visit metafilter from home. [more]
Possibly data in your cookie is bad and the script is trying to use that data to do a select on the database. Since the data is bad, the SQL statement is bad.
This is just a hunch: try deleting your cookies completely, closing your browser, coming back to MetaFilter and logging in.

I found that I can still get to the main page by typing (random jumble).metafilter.com
Does anyone know what I could do to stop having this happen?
