Amsterdam meetup pictures. Not so many people (and jouke didn't really want to have his picture taken) but a huge lot of beer (not pictured).

I thought that Meatbomb's tee shirt looked familiar, and then I thought that he must have been wearing that shirt when I met him in New York last summer, and then I looked back to see if my memory was correct...and all I'm left with is many, many more disturbing questions.

Hey, the Amsterdam trams turned blue and white since the last time I was there! Any yellow ones left? That blue and white just don't look right. And that last shot (with Meatbomb and unidentified lady) is that the little square (I forgot the name) near the Melkweg and the Paradiso and the, what is it, Hotel Americain? Does memory serve me?

Oh and flapjax - I do believe there still are some yellow ones. And that picture was indeed taken on Leidseplein, it would appear. (Americain is one road over.)

Wow, the quality of those pictures looks a lot worse when you're sober.

yeah, I'm "unidentified lady".

flapjax, I've never seen any yellow trams. There are still some old trams left but I guess they repainted them to match the new blue and white ones...
