All hail homunculus! August 19, 2009 9:28 PM   Subscribe

homunculus has made 1000 high quality posts to the Blue. He has just become the first MeFite besides mathowie to cross into quadruple digits. Quantity aside, his posts are quality.

I was gonna be all like, "Well actually, 1000 high quality posts… number 338 was of only average quality" and make some fake harumphing, but no, I just went and looked and ended up reading something about recovered memories that was pretty good, so hey, there ya go, man. One thousand. Jeez. I felt all worried about number 100, like, was this link worth my 100th post, in case somebody just went by the big numbers when evaluating my contributions (some sort of St. Peter of the Blue, but a total slacker, obvs.).

Way to go.

So glad to see the many accolades for one of my all-time favorite mefites - so well deserved! When I was new here, homunculus was so encouraging and supportive and he's been that way ever since ... a member that gives more than he takes, he always has a kind word or a supportive link. I've never seen him angry, reactive, egotistical or unkind. And so many good posts and links on such a wide variety of interesting topics ...
