Yay, I'm traveling to Anaheim for a conference! Let's meetup on Tuesday, June 8, 2010.
Unless others have objections, I propose we go to someplace just outside the Magic Kingdom™ proper. Mostly, I suspect we will drink or eat dinner. But if enough people make it perhaps we can go bowling.

I would actually like to go to my first meet up however this is the night of my school orientation. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Ooh, this sounds like a good opportunity to attend a socal meetup that isn't in westside LA! I'm down. If you wanna go bowling, Lucky Strike lanes at the Block of Orange is supposed to be good, though I haven't been there before.

When I went to disney world one of the bars tagged on a $120 tip on a $9 mixed drink :(

I know nothing about the area so any suggestions of where to go for drinks/dinner are welcome. The Olde Ship or The Pint House look interesting from the web.
Also, I will not have a rental car with me, but willing to take a 15 minute cab ride or public transport if it exists.

Ooh, I've never been to the Pint House, but it looks good, and it's in downtown Fullerton, which is crammed to the gills with bars, restaurants and art galleries, so there are plenty of options there. Plus, it's just a short ride up from Disneyland. Just take the OCTA 43 bus up Harbor Blvd, and it will drop you in the Fullerton Park and Ride, right in the middle of downtown Fullerton.
Honestly, aside from Marri's Pizza, I don't know of any restaurants that aren't stuffed with tourists around Disneyland, and downtown Fullerton is more fun and dynamic (plus easier to get to) anyway. While Marri's serves great pizza, I think it's next to a laundromat in a strip mall.

Yknow I've always kinda wanted to try the Olde Ship, but never got around to it. Plus it seems like a nice chill place for a meetup, some of the other bars in downtown Fullerton are on the louder and frattier end of the spectrum.

My credit card got skimmed at Disneyland at the last MeFi meetup there, so yes please be sure to do out outside the magic kingdom.

Yeah, thanks to malapropist, Bigfoot Mandala, Ambrosia Voyeur and contraption for turning up, I had a great time! Pictures from my camera will be posted when I'm reunited with the correct USB cable, sometime this weekend.
