St. Louis Happy Hour, Friday August 6th.

St. Louis: how's about a happy hour the evening of Friday, August 6th? Somewhere near Wash U/Forest Park?

A friend and I are driving up from Tulsa for a show at the Pageant that night. I'm hoping we'll get in town/checked in at the hotel and all of that by 4 or 5 that evening. However, we'll have just spent seven hours in the car together, so talking to someone else for a little while would probably be groovy. Anyone want to meet up for a couple of beers somewhere in the area? I haven't been up there since '03, so I've got nothing in the way of recommendations. Snacky food would probably be cool, but I'm not going to need a full meal right before a show.

Aw... I would so come, 'cause I live really close by, but I have a birthday party to attend that night. The good news is, you've got lots of great bar choices nearby—so have fun!

Haven't booked it yet, notsnot, but I'm 99% sure we'll be at The Cheshire. I'll trust your knowledge blindly, so just tell me where to be and when and we'll be there.

Item: I know, brother. Just been hard to get out of town with two jobs and class 4 nights a week. I def need to get down there sometime soon. I'll holler when it's looking likely.
