Even better she's a Mover & Shaker, and well, so am I.

Librarians aren't all old farts, ya know.

And a piece of art she made (for one of judith's 20things swaps) was in ReadyMade magazine this month. Jessamyn is everywhere!

Thanks for that - what a great website that is for bookworms like me. It's weird and kinda sad that I only knew of jessamyn's blog via a Bingo MeTa post referring to an article in Wired. What's the equivalent in English of "santos de casa não fazem milagres" - "If you live with a saint, you don't notice his miracles"? No man is a hero to his valet?

We really should have a thread of our favourite members' weblogs. Honestly.

Apologies to jessamyn for misspelling her name in the post.

I wish he would come back. I remember him posting something once about how the members here scared him. Heh.

It was intimidate, not scare. Funny thread.

*zeldman runs away*

Oops. Sorry.

Hi. Don't forget that I'll be on NPR sometime next week talking [within the strict confines of my NDA] about being a scorer for the Califorinia Achievement Tests. And my article about being a librarian at Burning Man [tax write-off, baby!] is in American Libraries next month.

Then I will fade once again into rural obscurity. I'm still not sure how I wound up in Wired, it's really strange. Thanks for the mad props, y'all.
