Who favorited my comments the most?

I feel like I am probably missing a very obvious answer to this question, but is there a way to see which users have most frequently favorited my comments?

If there isn't, could there be?

The Infodumpster does this. You have to do it separately for each subsite, though.

It's not something we're likely to put directly on the site, no. It's possible that a future expansion of site search would make it possible to do this kind of search, but it's not really a priority and in general we're not looking at putting any more emphasis on who-favorited-who type stuff.

That said, the data's in the Infodump if it's something you want to play with yourself, and beyond that in this case your specific search query is a ready-made function over on Combustible Edison Lighthouse's Infodumpster (which runs on the Infodump data), so via that tool you can have your answer (for Metafilter in that case, you can rerun it with different subsites).

I suspect the dumpster also counts deleted FPPs. It lists me as having 361 Mefi posts, but my profile only tallies 353. flapjax at midnight is listed at 405, but only has 397 in his profile.

Of course, if you're over-serious about favourites that tool does open the way t witchhunting real or imagined favouriting cabals.

I'm going to put together a survey for my favoriteers to do a little market research. What types of comments from me they like, what don't they like. What types of comments they would like to see more of. Should I attempt to do the research myself or should I hire a professional marketing firm?

We are talking about the Ad hominem brand here. We stand for quality comments at rock bottom prices, I would hate to see my brand tarnished. The key will be microtargeting. The people in the nerd(computers, video games, lolcats) threads are different than the people in the sophisticate threads (films,writers,gastronomy) so I can effectively target my comments to those audiences. The wildcard is the music threads, I might just stay out of those.

6k with 2 hours to spare! I'd like to thank god for creating favorites. I'd also like to thank my fellow mefites, without you I never could have done it. A special thanks for all of you who pitched in at the end to put me over the top.

This isn't really about me. This is about all the kids out there who go to bed each night without favorites. I am going to be donating 50% of my favorites to the children without favorites fund. I don't want to live in a world where kids have to make due with an old broken favorite or no favorites at all.

I was kind of surprised by the low number of repeat favoriters. Then again, looking at who I've favorited the most, and I'm pretty shocked by how low those numbers are. Weird.
