Hey, I love daniel's waferbaby as much as the next guy but I read "...takes a tiny little leap from a cute little blog into a cute little community site" as "here's a site that's pretty cool and it made some small change that can't be seen with the naked eye. cool, huh?"

the first comment in the deleted thread was "so what" which was my thoughts as well, hence, it was deleted.

What was the big change at waferbaby? The my waferbaby thing? You could customize the look of the site for over a year now, is something suddenly different? I can't see any visual change from the last time I was there, he's always had comments on his posts.

large design changes seem more the realm of the mefi-projects list, but then, you'd have to be waferbaby to submit that...

yes, a leap too tiny to rate a fpp really

all dan's done (so far, and from the end users pov (his backend is always being improved)) is add a cookie'd login to the old appearance settings, which used to have a cookie anyway

well i figured the ability to track your history was posts in each area was enough... but oh well. it's all good.
