I'm back in. I'm having to make some drastic lifestyle changes, and getting some external support is pretty awesome. I don't feel like I gave as much as I got, but hopefully I was able to encourage a few people along the way.

I lost 10 pounds! I found out yesterday, with two months of health month ing. Which I think means my prior habits were awful. I wasn't even focused on weight loss or calorie counting, just walking more and eating more fruit and not mindlessly snacking.
I'm pretty stoked for March!

Health month and team mefit have been such as help. I'm much healthier than when I started

In again! Down 6 pounds since January 1, fought through a weight plateau due to HM in February, and looking forward to March. Have sponsorship chips, too.

Hey Health Monthers! I asked this on the wall but people may not have seen it. Am I the only one whose default wall now goes the the list of "friends" (very small) and not to the full team wall by default?
