Searching for a (possibly) Canadian female pop singer who was mentioned on here sometime in the past few years.
I looked up some of her videos but I think it was before I had an account so I couldn't favorite it. If I remember correctly it was electronica-y pop music, and I remember one video where she was in a darkened living room, and I think towards the end there were two of her and one was glowing? I've been searching like crazy but everything I remember seems super generic when I try to describe it. Thanks!

I think I know who you mean but I am going to have to think about it for a bit before the name comes to me....

Found it! Artist is Lights and the song I was thinking of was Ice. I kept thinking "lights" but I thought I was getting it confused with the Ellie Goulding song that's really big right now. Thanks lakersfan1222 for the list :) You guys are awesome

I think this should have gone on AskMe, shouldn't it?
Not if the OP was looking for a post he or she thought they saw on the blue or the green, no. (See this clarifying comment from Cortex when I was in the same boat.)

Yep, what DarlingBri said. It's a slightly tricky bit of bridging territory and asking on the green about what some bit of half-remembered cultural detritus was would obviously be fine as well, but if it's "where on Metafilter did this thing happen" Metatalk is a fine venue.

Surely I am not the only one to immediately think of Robin Sparkles?
