In a recent comment, someone mentioned an online EMDR site that they found beneficial. I've Googled and found several such sites, but am specifically looking for the one that is MeFite-approved. Can anyone direct me to it?

It's important to remember that EMDR is a guided therapy. My husband, who has had a really good experience with EMDR, says that these recordings are the kind of sounds that are used in EMDR, but he's found them useful for relaxing or meditating on his own.

The free sample tracks are 10 minutes long; because they're kind of abstract, you can restart them without noticing much of a break.
