This one summer I worked at a drama camp and we did this activity where the kids would all pretend they were rabbits frantically gathering carrots while we played the song.

The feedback and support of MeFiMusic gave me the courage to actually release a proper EP of my songs in to the wild. It's a wonderful little community over there.
( and its remlap m - m palmer backwards, picked the username 15 years ago, wish I could lop of the m)

The best thing about this being on SoundCloud is that it went straight into Ep #1 afterwards and I'd forgotten what good stuff there was on that one too. As mentioned above, appreciate the curation/accessibility. Thumbs up to the various artists too.

I guess three of my favourite things to do are make mixtapes (omg grandma we call them playlists now), listen to new music and ramble aimlessly so this is pretty much my calling.

PSA - please listen to this through headphones so that you can experience the absolute joy of ageispolis' Winter Light dancing around in your brain.
The whole thing is great, greenish, and thank you for including ochenk and me - I'm genuinely honoured. I left work on Monday after a frustrating day where I was on the verge of murdering various colleagues about 17 times, braced myself for the usual 20 minute road-rage-filled drive home, and pressed play. Within seconds of it starting I was grinning happily and I drove along in Spring evening sunlight feeling that maybe other humans weren't a complete waste of space after all. I actually ended up taking a longer route just so I could listen to it the whole way through - I can't think of higher praise than deliberately delaying my post-work G&T. Thanks to all the MeFi Musos for being awesome.
