This thread appears when I'm logged in, but vanishes when I log out September 6, 2003 6:56 AM Subscribe
In both browsers on my machine (IE6 and Firebird), this thread appears when I'm logged in, but vanishes when I log out. I've never noticed this before; is there a reason why this happens? This makes me wonder if I've missed other stuff in the past.
I believe you're right, but there are posts that were made after the one I linked to that show up when I'm logged out, StanChin's, for instance.

Arrghh! I just saw what was happening - it wasn't missing, it was just getting shifted down to the previous day's posts since the post time changed from EST to PST. Sorry for the bother.

Where are the lat-long fields for the personal information page? The US postal code thing is just useless for most of the world! I want my pony!

fff: find the american zip closest to the border on your latitude. For vancouver I picked 98281, which is Point Roberts, I think.
Not ideal, but better than nothing.

timeistight, that only works for those who live in Canada. I know it might be hard for some to believe, but not every country borders on the US ;-)

But it's sinking! And I don't wanna swim.
