Why isn't Ask Metafilter archived more extensively? Why is it not searchable? Seems like a great source of info and trivia.

My bad. Didn't realize it was under the MetaTalk umbrella, so when I didn't see a search feature displayed, I thought, why not?

And if you want to only search links, not comments, try site:ask.metafilter.com "Archives (all archives)" pony. That will scrape only the montly archive pages, all of which have that extra text at the top.

Ever since you came back from your latest banning, you've been bitching at mathowie every chance you get. It's really getting tedious.

Why don't you put all that energy into coding up quonsarfilter.com and show us how it should be done?

I didn't see quonsar's comment as "bitching at mathowie", but rather as a strange, slightly amusing quip. I think you are taking him wayyyyy too seriously.

Quonsar already has freequonsar.com which is as close to quonsarfilter as it's ever going to get.

Besides, does quonsar minus the bitching really bear considering? I think all of America sleeps a little better knowing that quonsar is so preoccupied by snarking on MeFi that he doesn't have time to focus his evil genius on more "disruptive" pursuits.
