Tis the season. Politics are busting out all over. We have four more months of this crap before the sludge flow ebbs a little bit.

Get your hazmat suits on. We'll get through this okay.

Unless, of course, the Wrong Guy gets in and we have four more years of it.

Or however long it takes him to shut places like this down.

I am reminded of the old Albert Brooks album in which he did the talk-radio schtick now claimed by Phil Hendrie (to the best of my memory):
Caller: "I got a Good News, Bad News joke for ya..."
Albert: "Okay, what's the Good News?"
Caller: "What? Huh? You already started? Oh.. okay I've got some Good News and some Bad News."
Albert: "Alright, caller, what's the Good News?"
Caller: "The Good News is I don't have any Bad News."
Albert: "Then what's the Bad News?"
Caller: "The Bad News is that's all the Good News I got! Well? Get it?"
Albert: (dryly)"Yes, very funny."

That's funny, why did you all assume I was talking about GWB?
At this point, American politics are so poisoned that no matter *who* gets in, the bile will continue to flow.
