I'm looking for a particular thread on MeFi

OK, hoping this is the right place to ask this. I'm looking for a particular thread on MeFi; it was about dental tourism and chronicled the author's experience with a much less expensive system in South America. I found the linked article very interesting. Can't find the original post now; checked Google and MeFi search for all the obvious queries. Anyone remember this one, or did I not see it here?

Hmm... that's not the one I remember. That one had a picture of the author's teeth before the work. However, the Kuro5hin link is pretty extensive and informative. Thanks a lot! It'll give me something to read until I find the other one.

aha! That's the one I remember. Thanks thomcatspike. Both of these links are pretty interesting. Anyone else around here had this kind of out of country work done before?

My family{not me} chooses this route on major work - no mercury being used in the crowns {sure you could google it for more detail}
