Portland Meetup

Portland Portland Portland! (The Oregon one)... MeFi Gathering this Saturday, April 9th at 5:30 pm at the Lucky Lab Brewpub on Hawthorne ... which means that you canine companions are very welcome to join us. We'll be there for brew and sandwiches, but any youngins must leave by 9 pm. Please post here so that I know about how many to expect; I will be there early with a sign and to get a table as they don't take reservations.

... which is as close as I could get it to downtown, still get the under-21 crowd in, etc.

So spread the word! I have to leave a little earlier than I'd like, about 7:30, but y'all are welcome to stay later... those under 21 need to be out by 9 pm though due to OLCC regs.

Hey! I have a great idea! Instead of meeting at Lucky Lab, everybody could come over to our new house and help Sennoma and me pull carpet and paint! It'll be FUN!

Four of us showed up ... beer was drank, stories were told, hung out with some of the other patrons... pictures as soon as I find my camera cord. Mark your calendars for May 7th for the next one, same place (outdoors by the parking lot under the heaters, natch) and time.

Sorry I missed it. I spent 24 hours cranking on getting painting done and have come down with a flu as a result. I'll try for the next one, but the due date is right around then.

Sorry I missed it after saying I'd be there. Unfortunately, a double dose of vicodin and driving don't mix so well so I thought it best I stayed home. Look forward to the pictures.
