Trying to find an old post by a female writer about her ex-teacher
I'm trying to find a post that appeared on Metafilter a few months ago - perhaps around March, April or May of this year. It featured an essay by a female writer detailing her relationship with her high school drama teacher (and the fallout, and life beyond that).
I remember it was very well-written, but I can't recall the writer's name or find the post/link. Can anyone remember the post?

Help Me Find Nuclear War Thread
I remember sometime ago there was a thread about an article speculating what would actually happen in a full nuclear war at the height of nuclear proliferation. I'm having trouble searching for it because of the bulk of threads devoted to the topic of nukes. Do you remember it?
