Berlin Meetup July 15, 2006 3:36 AM Subscribe
A meetup in … Berlin? I'll be in the city until the end of August, and can guarantee a source of amusement in my attempts to speak German.
I love Berlin and would hop a plane there for less reason than a Metafilter meetup (given unlimited funding...)

Hiya, I'm a permanent NYC-->Berlin transplant (that's what it says on my visa at least) and although I'm probably not really Mefite enough to do the whole photograph-shoutouts-on-pieces-of-paper thing, I'd be into getting a Berliner Pilsner somewhere if it isn't too terribly far from Kreuzberg. If it's important to you to be mocked for the state of your German you'll need to find someone more linguistically skilled than me, though! Email in profile.
BTW, there was a recent (abortive) discussion about a Germany meetup here, tho I think I may have been the only one in Berlin.
